Are these upgrade warning messages anything to worry about?

Greetings fellow Yunohostians!

Thanks s much for everyones help and hard work here. I’m excited to try Yunohost 3, but may have hit a bump or two along the way.

I just did yunohost upgrade --ignore apps and got the following warning messages. At the end it said “Success!” but I just wanted to check if there was likely any problems:

Here are the messages:

Patching dnsmasq service
patching file /etc/init.d/dnsmasq
Hunk #1 FAILED at 111.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file /etc/init.d/dnsmasq.rej
Regenerating configuration, this might take a while...
Warning: The configuration file '/etc/nslcd.conf' has been manually modified and will not be updated
Success! The configuration has been updated for service 'postfix'
Warning: The configuration file '/etc/etckeeper/etckeeper.conf' is now managed by the service yunohost.
Success! The configuration has been updated for service 'yunohost'
Success! The configuration has been updated for service 'nginx'
Warning: The configuration file '/etc/rmilter.conf' has been manually modified and will not be updated
Success! The configuration has been updated for service 'dnsmasq'

I’m quite sure thatr I never manually edited the files mentioned…

Hmmm basically I think you are fine, rmilter is meant to be removed anyway (when you’ll switch to 3.x) and nslcd.conf is not too important I guess. If you really care to investigate more, you can run yunohost service regen-conf --dry-run -d to see the difference between the file on disk and the expected file

I was looking for the same thing. thanks for the question and answer.
