YES!
I had Archivebox running on my rpi 4B+ 4GB (I think I even got it to work on a pi3B). It was effective in what it did, although a little slow. From time to time I had to restart an archival, as it would sometimes get stuck. Also, when you would ask it to redo an archival, it would sometimes time out depending on how much you asked it to do. Not a big deal, a refresh would fix it. Maybe more of a commentary on Archivebox’s current release state than the capabilities of the rpi4?
But I also have plenty of things running on that little guy, so it could have just been a competition of resources, so your mileage (kilometerage?) may vary.
