500 Internal Server Error after migration to version 4.0

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online - 1GB ram, cpu with 2 cores.
YunoHost version: 4.1.7.1
I have access to my server : Through SSH (webadmin is currently 500)
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no
If yes, please explain:

Description of my issue

I have migrated yunohost, from SSH, I didn’t notice any error message while migrating, but I did notice some warnings.
I ran the command:

sudo yunohost --version

and

lsb_release -a

All seemed to be ok, but once I tried to access the web admin interface I got the 500 error, and it happens on all websites, nextcloud, wordpress, etc.
Mail server seems to be working, I can receive and send messages.

I have also run the command:

sudo yunohost log list

Ok, maybe I shoud have tried this before posting but, I ran:

sudo yunohost service restart nginx

And it now works, apparently, I’ll check all other apps and get back if I find any issue.
